Claim procedure for perishables
Documental notification to the airline reporting unconformities found. This must be done before picking up of the goods.
Customers letter in its own stationery, indicating the cause of claim, quantities and amount to claim.
Survey report (if that is the event, specially with perishable goods) Very important.
Destruction Act (if that is the event, specially with perishable goods) Very Important.
Statement of Cession.
Commercial Invoices and packing list.
Pictures or any other proof you may consider can support the claim.
