Claim procedure for perishables

1  Documental notification to the airline reporting  unconformities found. This must be done before picking up of the goods.

1Customers letter in its own stationery, indicating the cause of claim, quantities and amount to claim.

1Survey report (if that is the event, specially with perishable goods) Very important.

1Destruction Act (if that is the event, specially with perishable goods) Very Important.


1Statement of Cession.

1Commercial Invoices and packing list.

1Pictures or any other proof you may consider can support the claim.
